Your next little upgrade is on its way. Here’s how to find the latest information.

1. Open your confirmation email

Find the email sent after checkout and follow its order-status link. If you do not see the message, check your spam or junk folder and confirm which email address you used at checkout.

2. Check your shipping update

When your order ships, your shipping confirmation includes tracking information. Items from different fulfillment partners may have separate tracking links and arrive in separate packages.

3. Ask us for help

Contact support@iqinvent.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout. Tell us what you need help with. Never send a password or full payment card number.
